Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), which are employee-led and open to everyone, are designed to foster inclusion and belonging and are an integral part of our organizational culture. With over 120 chapters in 17 countries, Labcorp’s ERGs promote professional development and educational opportunities, and partner with local volunteer organizations to build awareness, advance together, and strengthen our bond with the communities in which we serve.
