We're enabling inclusion with employee resource groups.

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), organized to promote inclusion and diversity, are an important part of our culture across the Labcorp enterprise. Through these ERGs, with 60 chapters in 11 countries, our employees build career development skills, experience developmental opportunities and partner with local volunteer organizations to build awareness and strengthen our bond with communities.
